Applicable Terms & Conditions for Online Cyber Indicator Software

All the future sales and developing rights for the source code & the software is exclusively with us only.(It means all the required software modules to be installed will be provided by us and the same will be our own property)

We are not responsible for hardware failure (operating system, LAN etc.) of any client PC/PCs.

We have given data backup option in our cyber indicator software, client can save their data backup live at any time. However, we will provide entire six months data backup to each client for the data captured by us from the respective client’s setup and remove such data from our record.We are only service provider for capturing the data online from the client setup as per the requirements and kept as it is till the completion of six months.

You are 100% be sure for security of your data. We will not hand over and/or pass your data to any one except you. However, any type of data demand from the Govt. authority, we will do so against your written permission only.

Our cyber indicator software exe and/or setup is 100% virus free duly scanned and cleaned through most advanced antivirus tools. Traced out of any type of virus in any client’s systems will be treated as input such virus from the other sources and will not accept any blame

We will capture the prescribed data, only those PC/PCs of our client who will routed their cyber system through our provided cyber indicator offline software modules. We will not answerable to any one for the data, which will not routed through our cyber indicator offline software modules.

You have to provide us the details of New Installation of PC/PCs, change of Hard Disk/Hard Disks etc., without this no data will be captured in head of new Hardware/Hardwares.  

At any case/s or circumstances no penalty clause will be applicable against our provided cyber indicator software modules and/or against our services.

Client is only answerable authority to the any Govt. Dept. for data to be captured and to be stored by us from their setup. We are only the service provider company. No legal responsibility will be at our part.

On failure of main server connectivity or failure of internet connection, our system will be transferred in “Emergency Mode” and message will be appeared on screen for such automatic action but the continue work will be going on even if the main server’s connectivity fail or internet connectivity fail and data will be stored in local PC and again on connectivity of main server/internet, data will be transferred in the main server. In such a case, we are not responsible for data of local PC during the failure time of the server/internet.

We will not responsible for non capturing and/or non producing the data on demand due to any of the following technical causes:-

  1. Input data with virus and/or virus in stored data.

  2. Failure of  Electricity

  3. Failure of any types of hardware parts in café/cafes.

  4. Failure of internet connections at both the ends.

  5. Data corruption in main server.

  6. Main server under maintenance.

  7. Failure of main server.

  8. Non connectivity of main server.

  9. Any types of interruption in Café/Cafes.

  10. Any types of legal authority/authorities ban and/or order.

Any type of up gradation or modification in our provided cyber indicator software will be applicable, but the same will be implemented in our next version checking after technical possibility.

You have to give us sufficient time for necessary changes in our cyber indicator offline modules and/or online system for any types of additional future demand by the Govt. Authority.

We have provided Advertisement spaces in our Cyber Indicator Software’s offline modules, under which the advertisement income ratio will be as under:-

  1. 100% share of income :- Advertisement to be displayed in individual setup of the client (Dynamic controllable pages of the cyber indicator software to be manage by the client from their setup).

  2. 50% share of income  :-  Advertisement to be displayed centrally (Centrally controllable pages of the cyber indicator software to be manage by the service provider). Equal Part of the 50% of advertisement income will be credited to the respective client recharge account. 

We will provide our services to our each client and the same will be only against credit balance availability in respective client’s account.

We reserve our rights for termination and/or discontinuations of our services to any client/clients and such a case no reason will be ask for.

Online connectivity of the Cyber Indicator Software will be terminated immediately in the case of termination and/or discontinuations of the client

Applicable Terms & Conditions for Offline Cyber Indicator Software

All the future sales and developing rights for the source code & the software is exclusively with us only.

We are not responsible for hardware failure (operating system, LAN etc.) of any client PC/PCs.

We are not responsible for saving of data and/or Backup of data. 100% responsibility of data of the client is respective on client part.

Our cyber indicator software exe and/or setup is 100% virus free duly scanned and cleaned through most advanced antivirus tools. Traced out of any type of virus in any client’s systems will be treated as input such virus from the other sources and will not accept any blame.   

Under Offline Cyber Indicator Software, data will be captured in the local route PC/PCs, client will 100% responsible for preserving their data for future use.

At any case/s or circumstances no penalty clause will be applicable against our provided cyber indicator offline software and/or against our product workmanship. Once you purchase our cyber indicator offline software, it presume that, you have fully checkup and satisfied with our product before the purchase.

Client is only answerable authority to the any Govt. Dept. for their data.We are only the software selling company. No legal responsibility will be at our part.

We will not responsible for non capturing of data through our cyber indicator software due to any of the following technical causes:-

  1. Virus in the system.

  2. Failure of any types of hardware parts in café/cafes.

  3. Data corruption in system route.

  4. Non connectivity due to LAN problem.

  5. Any types of interruption in Café/Cafes.

  6. Any type of up gradation or modification in our provided cyber indicator offline software will be applicable, but the same will be implemented in our next version checking after technical possibility.

Any additional future demand in the data by the Govt. authority will be implimented as early as possible. Till the implementation of changes, you have to preserve the additional future demanded data at your own way.

100% share of Advertisement income will be at client’s part.

Cyber Indicator Offline Software will be workable only after 100% cost will be paid.

Paid amount towards the software cost will not be returned and/or refunded at any circumstances.

Offline Cyber Indicator Software will be needed our provided pendrive duly pluge in to server PC for working. Without our provided pendrive, software will not work.

Loss, misplaced or theft of pen drive after handed over the workable software to you with the supportable pen drive will cause new purchase of the software for you. However, Damaged or Technical Problem in the pen drive will be replaced after verifications and collecting new pen drive cost.
